My son’s car loan is in his name – he’s away for 1 year or so. I had him removed from the insurance because he has tickets and a higher rate. My husband and I are drivers – car is fully insured. Dealership tells me to put son back on as driver. Why? Car pmts are being made and car is fully insured. I’ll even provide affidavit stating son won’t be here to drive.

Does anyone know if there is a a specific cutoff for bad credit where they won’t even think about giving you a loan? Or if you’re willing to deal with a really high interest rate, and you’ve been doing pretty well on all you’re credit payments over the last few months and you have a really good job with very few other financial obligations (no mortgage) will they be at all willing to work with a bad credit score. And by bad, i mean about 520-560. yeah it’s embarrasing. I was a stupid teenager that didn’t have any idea what a credit score even was. But now I’m fully educated on how credit works and i’m trying to get my score back up. Oh and the amount of the loan would probably be under $8,000, or less if it needs to be. She said in 6 years, the card has not moved from 9.50% She could not say that it would NEVER change. But if it did, it would be a change that would effect the entire bank and all care holders. Is Bankruptcy really that bad?
I have $35,000 in credit card debt alone – not counting my car or house. I have little to speak of for assests. I have consulted with a law office and found out I’m eligible to file for Chapter 7 and was actually told by the lawyer that I’d be dumb if I didn’t. What I want to know is if Bankruptcy is filed by millions of people, is it really as bad as Dave Ramsey and other credit/financial guru’s say? Does it really get you denied for a job, insurance, loans 10+ years from now, etc? I know it will have a big impact for a couple years and should only be on your report for 10 years, so why does it seem like it will negatively affect a person forever and ever?! The builder owns the land, and it is in Chicago area. They are builidng 15 customized houses (although we have limited/no choices at our price point). These are high end houses in a prime location close to the lake. Although they have had limited success in being able to sell these houses. We really like the house and location. Also there is no non performing penalty for the builder, so they can not deliver the house and just return the deposit. I.e. if the market egts better next year at the time of delivery and someone offers them more money, they can get out of the contract and just return my deposit. The builder is reputed, and build lot of communities."

okay here is what happened they dont wanna take care of me any more they say i dont belong in their family and culture. so far they said we will call the cops and kick u out if u dont dont break things. laptop $700 ( i paid for it) (at 3:00AM)i was sleeping they woke me up. parents come they say u have to break your laptop we cant see u with it anymore. cuz i forgot to take out the trash. so i had to break it with my bear hands and i couldent use a hammer. cellphone ($300) (I paid for it) i was sleeping. my parents were talking about getting rid of it. I was sleeping i felt that someone came to my bed and took my phone for a while then threw it on the ground . Then when i wake up i see that the power charger thingy is broken and the battery connector part was removed and partially distroyed. i buy with my hard working own money 90% of my clothes ever since i was 14. my mom took more than 20 of my clothes. jeans shirts pants etc. i lost them in my own house. i find my clothes in my parents room i dont know why. Then mom says that my sister brings them here. she also started wearing my clothes for some weird reason and doesent want to give it back. They want everything i buy they say i will distroy it then they end up destroying it. my sister tried to break my bike chain. Like how does she even know where and how to break it. its like someone thought her. I cant find my health card. sin card. wallet. passport i understand but why cant i have my health card sin card. i dont userstand. Even if i have it in my room wallet pants. some f***** seems to be taking them back to my parents room. they say they keep it so it doesent get lost . they will barely take me to doctors apointments. deny my medical care needs. and say i should go die. they say they will not help me with my life and i should go die somewhere. I dont understand atleast let me go. All i asked them was to just give me another suitcase so i have 2 suitcases for all my belongings so i can take them when i move. They are like go buy your own. like they recived $100-$250 every month because my parents were unemployed and he spent it all on paying his loans and sending money home. even after loans he used the child tax return to buy his couch, tv and a whole lot of other stuff. I starved for 2-3 years not being fed properly. And this happened for 3 years. now he only gets $50 a month from my child tax thingy. Lets be honest about this thing. They took be backhome they left me there for 6 months and they were going to comeback. I tried my best to get kicked out from hostel and then came home. I had to torture and beat up alot of people so i get to come back to canada. I was living in poverty in backhome like real poverty. fed once a day or not fed at all. My dad got scared of what i might do and he made me come back. I was 14 years old he kicked me out. I lived in group home for 1 year came back at 15. Ok the reason for all this is because i deny the coulture and relegion of theirs. And due to muslim standards things are really stricted. My parents never praying in their life but their coulture hunts me. they are trying their best to make me not have any resouces so when i get kicked out i will have to end up on the streets. Im in grade 11. help me plz give me some advice what i should do cuz im stuck. i cannot quit school i need to graduate. Where will i live where will i work and support my self. I am stuck. They will kick me out in 3 months!!!"

He told me it was because my credit history was too short. I also tried getting a loan through Bank of America and was denied. I have a checking, saving, and 2 credit cards with B of A as well.
